For more than 20 years, Ground Up Renovations has provided hands-on property maintenance, renovation and project management for property management companies, residential and commercial clients.

Over the years we have built one of the most talented, loyal and reliable networks of craftspeople in Los Angeles. Many of those relationships span more than a decade, and our long-standing vendor partners prioritize our projects, which keeps timelines smooth from start to finish.
Who we work with
We work directly with property owners, property management companies, HOAs, city departments and inspectors, housing programs, vendors and residents. That includes coordinating city inspections and permit-related requirements, HOA requirements, and Section 8 inspections and corrective work, with the documentation and follow-through it takes to close a job.
